If you have been injured while using a product that was manufactured or marketed in a defective or dangerous way, you may be able to recover for your injuries. Generally, three conditions must exist to recover for injuries caused by a defective product: First, the product must have had an unreasonably dangerous defect. Second, the defect must have caused an injury while the product was being used in a way that it was intended to be used. Third, the product must not have been changed substantially in terms of operation from the way that it was originally sold. Persons injured by dangerous or defective products need the counsel of a skilled attorney to advise them on the complexities of their case and guide them through the legal system toward the most favorable outcome.
